Shorten Zoom links with Short.io and Share them via Gmail

Short.io integrates with Zoom and Gmail via Integromat. Every time a specified Zoom meeting is created, Integromat will automatically generate a personalized link for it with Short.io. Then, the link is shared via Gmail.

This is useful for automating communication with your team. You can schedule meetings and a short join URL will be automatically sent to the team members at a needed time.

Below is the instruction that describes steps on how to customize the integration.

1. Go to Integromat .

2. Click "Create a new Scenario."

3. Look for Zoom, choose it and Continue.

4. Click on the circle and opt for Zoom.

5. Choose Create a Meeting.

7. Fill in necessary fields.

8. Add a new module.

9. Search for Short.io.

10. Opt for Create Link.

11. Click Add and specify your Short.io API key: https://app.short.io/settings/integrations/api-key

12. Fill in the necessary fields > OK.

13. Add another Module.

14. Search for Gmail > Send an email

15. Click Add > Configure your corporate email

16. Fill in the fields.

17. Click Run Once to test the integration.

18. Here's how an example email looks. You can also add attachments and improve the style.
