What's New in Short.cm

Short.cm introduces some updates over the last two weeks. Learn the details about the new releases below.

1. Two Factor Authentication (2FA).

We implemented 2FA to our service, so now you can be sure in your online safety.

Short.cm supports 2FA via specialized authenticator apps called “Google Authenticator” or “Authy.” The app, pre-installed by you to work with the service, has a constantly rotating set of codes you can use whenever you need.

2. Bulk Link Creation.

Recent improvements let you now create short links in bulk by a new improved way. You just need to open a Google Spreadsheet on the dashboard and import a .csv file with the list of links.

3. Emoji in links URL and slug.

For any who wants to add emotions, Short.cm lets them include emoji in links! You can customize links by adding emoji to domains and slugs.

4. Links limit.

We removed 2 000 000 000 total link limit from our service.

5. Short.cm mobile app.

Add a Short.cm website to a home screen of your phone and then open it. The site looks like the real mobile app, not a browser page. Note: In case you have IOS, use only Safari browser.

6. IPv6 support.

You can now configure domains with IPv6.
